Our History

In Fort Smith, Arkansas Rolando’s Restaurante’ is located in the downtown historic district. In the early 1900’s it was home of Border City Auto Company and a Ford dealership. It has been home to several restaurants over the years. Rolando handpicked stone and brick for the walls, brought Ecuadorian tiles from his home country and painted interiors his signature gold and yellow turning the location into a work of art.

In the heart of the historic bathhouse district in Hot Springs, Arkansas Rolando’s Restaurante’ is located in a 1800’s era building. This location features an outdoor patio that accommodates 60 people. After 5pm, parking is available on the top level of the attached parking deck.
